Handbook on NLP and Mindfulness!

The handbook offer the basic contents/information covered during the training course. It starts with an introduction about the D-MANeD project and the partners that work together to achieve the goals of the project.

In the second chapter, the readers have the opportunity to find some key definitions related to mindfulness, the myths around this concept and its benefits. Furthermore, they will explore some meditation techniques and the basics of our nervous system. Finally, they will find detailed information about breathing techniques.

The third chapter is about NLP. The chapter starts with some definitions and reflects on the unity and differences of the conscious and unconscious. Moreover, some good communication practices are offered and a reference on associated/ dissociated states is presented. Then, the readers can learn about Rapport and Words of Representational Systems. Finally, the chapter finishes with conditions for well-formed outcomes.
