Intellectual Output 1 - Interactive Handbook

Comprising a collected research of good practices at EU level with tools available for psycho-emotional balance, mindfulness, focus, movement, art as methods for inclusive, e-learning, coaching, as more engaging teaching tools. The e-book will include also statistical information measured throughout the project, indicators of impact and indicators on the status of current methods/ proposed methods (as they are tested by the participants involved in the FTCs).

This product will be a result of specific desk and practical research coordinated by the Romanian NGO (Friends of Children in Romania) and conducted by each partner organization, through the following activities:
Activity 1. Survey for collecting actual methods and desired outcomes.
Activity 2. Collection of best practices in classroom.
Activity 3. Integrate Toolkit on FTCs (from IO2).
Activity 4. Indicators to measure implementation by the teachers.
Activity 5. Indicators to measure impact on pupils.
Activity 6. Design and art work of the interactive e-book.


Intellectual Output 2 - Format of Training Modules

The output will be a Format Training (FT) Courses conceived for an audience of Teachers exploiting the potential of alternative and innovative methods for teaching that are supporting pupils to achieve better results, gain more interest in education, continue education and increase chances of employability.
All the training courses will be based on the extensive research that is done and included in the interactive e-book. The FTCs will be designed and implemented by trained specialists/facilitators who work/worked in and with schools, young people, children, teachers.
The target groups of the FTC are teachers who will participate in the staff meeting mobilities.
Indirectly, the beneficiaries of those methods are pupils in the schools and high schools where the FTC participants are teaching and will gain better results, higher chances for continuing education and training, and better chances for employability.
The trainers will create, adapt and improve all the techniques based on what the participating teachers will mark as their needs in regards to the specific topic.
Activity 1. Collecting and analyzing data from the surveys for the teachers.
Activity 2. Elaboration of FTC modules based on the methodological framework of each module
Activity 3. Collecting feedback from teachers (participants) for improving the FTC
Activity 4. Creating and distributing “teaching logs” to monitor the implementation of the methods in classrooms
Activity 5. Centralizing impact and indicators of successful methods and impact
Activity 6. Updating the final version of the FTCs.


Intellectual Output 3 - Recordings of Training Courses

During the Format Training Courses, the hosting organizations with the IO coordinator will make sure to provide recording equipment that will serve to record training sessions that will be made available on the e-learning platform of the project and online for open access.
The target group of the tutorials are teachers who are willing and interested to use the proposed methods in classroom.
Indirectly, the beneficiaries of those methods are pupils in the schools and high schools where the FTC participants are teaching and will gain better results, higher chances for continuing education and training, and better chances for employability.
Activity 1. Preparing a structure/ narrative for the content of the tutorials
Activity 2. Preparing the equipment and setting for recording the tutorials
Activity 3. Recording the tutorials as well as the live application of the methods during the FTC
Activity 4. Editing videos after each of the 4 FTCs
Activity 5. Prepare and structure all the tutorials on sessions, topics and upload/ share.


Intellectual Output 4 - e-learning platform

Using an existing structure for e-learning platforms, the project will be implementing a customized e-learning platform that is accessible to their teachers at any given moment on the school/NGOs website for offering specialized knowledge towards their learners.
The direct target group of user for the e-learning platform are the teachers of each partner and the pupils in the schools.
Activity 1. Establishment of the design and e-learning platform architecture.
Activity 2. Development and setting of the structure for the e-learning platform.
Activity 3. Setting and digitalizing the materials, results and outputs on the e-learning platform.
Activity 4. E-learning platform finalization and online release.
