SkillsUp Training & Research Services (Coordinator, Netherlands)

  • Dimitrios Vlachopoulos, PhD, SFHEA, FRSA

Dimitrios has worked as faculty member in different universities in the Netherlands, the UK, the USA, Spain and Cyprus, mainly conducting research in education sciences and teaching in post-graduate and doctorate programs. He is a committed lifelong learner with a PhD in distance education and instructional technology and 6 MA degrees in education and social sciences. His research focuses on new and emerging pedagogies, instructional design, research methodology, digital transformation, teachers’ training and quality assurance in (online higher) education. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). He has more than 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals, books and international conferences and has participated in more than 15 EU projects related to education and ICT.   • Vlad Grigoras

Vlad is committed to improving education, social development and cultivate change. He brings forth his experience in multiple cultures, areas of work, teams, ideas, connections and openness. He is currently focusing on training activities development, design of learning activities, consulting in educational systems, project management and design for social and education fields. He is also co-founder of Innovation Education Lab. He has a LLB & LLM from Universitatea Româno-Americană in Bucharest and a GDL in Law from the University of Law.

  • Medeea Namolosanu

Medeea is project coordinator and visual artist. She has a solid understanding of art principles and techniques, can comprehend and adapt to any art style and makes excellent choices when left on her own. She has also been involved in project management and innovation in education. She has studied mural art and art in public space at Universitatea Națională de Arte in Bucharest and, currently, she studies Psychology.

  • Panagiotis Mamouzakis

Panagiotis is a digital native and a devoted change-maker who likes media and being focused on the integration of the new media (online video, blogging, social media, crowd-funding) with non-formal learning and modern educational approaches (Coaching, NLP, Systemic work, Embodied training, DISC profiles etc.). After practicing several fields in life, he came up with these core competencies: Training-Facilitation, Coaching, Youth Work, Event Management, Social Media Consultancy & Filmmaking. He has a BA in Social & Political Sciences from Panteion University and he is the Co-founder and the President of Roes Cooperativa.

  • Despoina Rafailidou

Despoina is a project initiator and coordinator focused on personal development, experiential and embodied learning. Her passion is to create projects that are fun and transforming for the people that are involved in: young people, youth workers, adults, and teachers. With a can-do attitude and practical approach, she runs a project from the very beginning until the end. She turns ideas into concrete plans, applying for grants and coordinating the implementation of projects. She also combines her love for visual arts and social media to make the results of my work visible to the world. She has a Bachelors in Mathematics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and she is Co-founder of Roes Cooperativa.


Center for Social Innovation (Partner, Cyprus)

  • Marianna Kokota

Marianna brings a lot of experience in teaching, through different roles she occupied as teachers of Greek, English and French. She is currently project manager at the Center for Social Innovation and, in the D-MANed project, she will be leading one of the training courses we will be offering to school teachers. She has a BA in Byzantine & Modern Greek studies from the University of Cyprus and a Master in French and Romance Languages and Letter from Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Vassiliadis School (Partner, Greece)

  • Efterpi Protiviotou

Efterpi is Physical Education Teacher at Vassiliadis School Thessaloniki, Greece, since 1999.
She also obtained a Masters Degree (2002) at the University of Thessaloniki (Department of Physical Education and Sports).
She speaks Greek, English and German and she is leading several activities of EU-funded projects at Vassiliadis School.

  • Klitos Chatzigeorgiou

Klitos is teacher of mathematics and computer science since 1995. He is the head of European programs at Vassiliadis Schools and the Director of the High School. When he has some free time, he likes playing volleyball and sailing.


Grammar School Nicosia (Partner, Cyprus)

  • Tonia Galati

Tonia is the Head of Business Development and Innovation and she is in charge of driving change and creating a culture of Innovative Technologies at the Grammar School Nicosia a private school in Cyprus. Tonia is also in charge of the ERASMUS+ Projects. She is Certified as a PRINCE2 Practionaire and a qualified instructor for Cyprus National Human Resource Development Authority to deliver IT workshops and presentations. She was also the National Organizer chairperson for World Robot Olympiad 2015 Cyprus.

  • Alexis Mikellides

Alexis is the Head of Robotics Department. He is also involved in designing STEM curriculum for our school and also a member of the Professional Development Department. He has been involved in teacher and student trainings as a teacher assistance for the past 9 years. Part of his role is to find ways to implement STEM and robotics with existing subject lessons and curriculum. Alexis is responsible in evaluating the progress and monitoring the effect that STEM curriculum has in comparison with existing curriculum.


Liceul Tehnologic Anghel Saligny (Partner, Romania)

  • Crisalinda Nona Irimia

Crisalinda is the manager of the “Anghel Saligny” Technological High School. She has gained expertise in the field Erasmus+ projects over the years. She is part of the Leadership and School Management Academy, along with the most innovative school leaders in Romania. She believes that an efficient organization dwells on the valuing of teamwork, the well-being of the students and teachers.

  • Adriana Ciorcila

Adriana is teacher of English and educational advisor at the “Anghel Saligny” Technological High school. Since 2010, she has been involved in youth work and non-formal education, the Students` National Council` s activity, trainer for local, regional and national academic academic debate championships, Secretary General for Bacau`s Youth Federation since November 2019.
