New consortium meeting to held online!

Apart from spending some moments for celebration for the signature of the agreements, during this "formal" first meeting, we had the opportunity to work more on the group dynamics and getting to know each other. We started with some ice-breaking activities and also we shared challenges we are currently facing with the COVID-19 pandemic.

After these activities we focused on Intellectual Output 1 and the approval of the "educational methods survey", as well as the chronological change of the training courses we will offer. Specifically, as long as the COVID-19 pandemic doesn't allow us meet in person, we decided to offer first the course on "e-learning", which is much easier to deliver online and could be more relevant for the teachers to follow, since they have to teach online.

The project coordinator, SkillsUp Training and Research Services, is in charge of the design, development and delivery of the training and reflected on a "flexible and practical" training course, which would help the teachers in their current struggles with emergency remote teaching. After some interesting debate, it was decided to offer it as an asynchronous online course. This will allow participants to take it at their own pace, but it becomes more demanding for the design of the course (need for detailed instructions, materials, activities, and monitoring of the progress). The date for launching this first training has been decided: April 2021
